The information we are obliged to provide as an insurance broker under Article 111 of the Serbian Insurance Law, published openly and legibly, because we believe transparency is the basis of trust.
The company holds a licence of the National Bank of Serbia for insurance brokerage, No. G 4925 of 28 March 2025, and is entered in the Register of Insurance Brokerage Companies maintained by the National Bank of Serbia. The company holds insurance brokerage agreements with the following insurance companies:
The company holds no direct or indirect share in the capital or voting rights of any insurance company. Likewise, no insurance company or its parent holds any share in the capital or voting rights of our company. The sole owner (100%) is a natural person, Strahinja Josić.
If you believe we are not complying with the law, the contract or good business practice, you may file a complaint in writing, by email to posrednik@rdb.rs or by post to our registered office. We respond to complaints within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with the NBS Decision on the Procedure for Complaints of Insurance Service Users (Official Gazette of the RS No. 87/2021).
If you are not satisfied with the response, or it does not arrive in time, you may file a complaint with the National Bank of Serbia, Financial Consumer Protection Sector, electronically via the NBS website or by post to: Narodna banka Srbije, PO Box 712, 11000 Belgrade.
Supervision of insurance brokerage companies is carried out by the National Bank of Serbia, Nemanjina 17, 11000 Belgrade, www.nbs.rs.
